The automatic bottle blowing machine is a two-step blow-down automatic blow molding equipment of our company. From one out of one to one out of six cavities, it can blow up to 1.5L. It is suitable for blowing any bottle with PP as raw material. Shaped baby bottles, carbonated beverage bottles, mineral water bottles, cosmetic bottles, large-diameter bottles and other packaging containers.

Machine Features:

C. Infrared lamps are used for heating, with strong penetrating power. Preforms are heated by rotation and orbital revolution, heating is uniform, fast and reliable; the width and height of lamps and reflectors in the heating area can be adjusted to suit bottles of different structures. Billet heating, and an automatic temperature exhaust device to ensure the constant temperature of the drying tunnel;

D. Each mechanical action has a safety self-locking device. When a process fails, the program will automatically switch to a safe state;

E. Each action is driven by the cylinder, without the use of an oil pump, which has the advantages of no pollution and low noise; it adopts high pressure and double crank arm connecting rod to clamp the mold, and the mold clamping force is strong;

F. There are two methods of operation: manual and automatic; the safe, reliable and accurate valve position design makes the gas path clear at a glance;

G. The production process is fully automated, which has the advantages of low investment, high efficiency, convenient operation, simple maintenance, and safety.

H. The bottle body is free from pollution and the scrapping rate of the bottle is less than 0.1%.

Advantages of the machine:

1. The whole machine is designed according to the linear high-speed machine, and the equipment is extended to ensure a high yield of products. It can adapt to the rapid prototyping of various bottle types, and can adapt to 24-hour environmental temperature changes without changing the temperature of the equipment.

The extended ruby infrared oven is adopted, which is baked slowly over a fine fire, so that the preform can be fully baked, and the temperature of the inner and outer surfaces is almost the same, which has ensured the rapid molding of PET bottles, thereby increasing the output and yielding up to 99.9%, and is easy to operate , there is no need to adjust the oven temperature frequently, the effect brought by lengthening, energy saving, and increased production, we use a lower temperature to slowly bake the tube embryos, while the ovens on the market are short, in order to bake the tube embryos to a certain extent , it must be to increase the temperature of the lamp tube, which we have come to the conclusion after testing and comparing. The tube embryos baked by them must have inconsistent internal and external temperatures, and the molding effect is not as good as ours, especially for thick-walled bottles.
